People Need to Wake Up

Steve you’re comment serendipitously came at the right time as I continue to delve into what “actions” I can take to help other people wake up from their apathetic work life and go after fulfillment, meaning, and happiness.

I know those types of statements receive groans from the just-put-your-head-down-and-get-to-work crowd, but I stand by it. We only have one shot at this life.

Is there an invisible hand guiding the masses down the road of “semi conscious life?” Are we being taught by the “powers at be” to take the easy road?

I honestly don’t know, but I’ve seen and worked with so many people who hate what they do — or worse — just don’t care anymore to do something about it.

You’ve given me a lot to think about.
