I ask myself this all the time. I’m a serial project starter. I enjoy the thrill and excitement of starting something new, but after awhile (especially when I face challenges) I often quit and move onto something new.

I’ve started asking myself, What would happen if I invested 7 years of my life on one thing? How far would I go?

I think the greatest fear I (and others who are serial starters/quitters) have is working on the wrong thing for too long. When does a person change course? When do we pivot?

I believe every person has to find that out on their own. However, I know persistence through the challenges we face strengths us to tackle more challenges.
